Some Things to Be Mindful of

We want to make your experience as good as it possibly can be while you’re here. In order to do that, there are a few things we want to remind you of:

1. Appointments are required for entry. 

2. There are stairs to get down to our space. 

3. Time slots are usually half hour long, but you’re welcome to stay for as long as it takes to get the perfect selfie.

4. In each time slot, we can host groups of up to 20 people. (If you have more than 20 people in a group, contact us to discuss the specifics.)

5. We are happy to host your birthday parties and celebrations during longer time slots! For more information, visit our Party Packages page or contact us directly. 

6. Pets are NOT allowed unless given specific permission by staff member. 

7. All people 3+ must have a ticket for entry.
